1. Service Delivery (Room Bookings)

  • Once a room is booked through our website, over the phone, or via a third-party platform, you will receive:
    • An instant booking confirmation via email or SMS.
    • Details about check-in time, room type, and stay duration.
  • No physical shipping is involved. All services are delivered in-person at the hotel.

2. Digital Confirmation Delivery

  • Booking confirmation is usually sent within 5–10 minutes of payment.

3. Room Service / Food Delivery (Within Hotel)

  • Orders will be delivered directly to your room by our staff.

4. Laundry and Other In-Hotel Deliveries

  • Laundry, ironing, or special requests (extra pillows, towels, etc.) will be delivered to your room based on request.
  • Delivery time may vary between 1–2 Days, depending on the request and room occupancy.

5. Third-Party Deliveries (if applicable)
