At Hotel Airlink Jewar Palace, we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to all our guests. Please read the terms below carefully before making or cancelling a booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
✅ Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in time are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation charges.
❌ Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
🚫 No-Show
- If the guest does not arrive and fails to inform the hotel in advance, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided (100% retention charges apply).
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges (e.g., Razorpay, UPI fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Early Check-Out Policy
- If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
(Partial refunds may be considered in special cases at management's discretion.)
4. Force Majeure / Emergency Situations
- In case of unavoidable situations like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic lockdowns, or cancelled flights, we may offer:
- A full credit voucher for future stay, or
- Date change with extra charge, subject to availability.
